Parkstad is a new residential neighborhood located near the Erasmus Bridge and Laan op Zuid. It's the new entrance to Rotterdam South.
In this area you'll find in the future around 1,000 new homes with public facilities such as stores, schools, a swimming pool and a big sport hall. You'll also find in this neighborhood Rijnhaven Park.

Feyenoord City is the Rotterdam of tomorrow. You can buy or rent houses in this neighborhood close to the water and a tidal park. You'll find all kind of lively squares in this neighborhood.
